Follow these steps to open My Computer and learn to view Folder's option.
Then find where Ultima is installed and go to patch folder.

Now click on the Patch folder. Must be in Patch folder to create the rtp file!

Before making the rtp file. First "Hide Extensions" must be off.

File should be read-only. Continue to next step.

Create new Text Document.
copy uosa_win32_7-0-2-1.rtp now!! Must be copy before yellow step is followed.
Click Yes!

File needs to be "Read-Only"
Follow images to make the rtp file read-only.
File should be read-only. Continue to next step.
